Principle

Induction furnace is used for produce. Before understanding the use, we need to know its principle.


There is an induction coil in the induction furnace. When the alternating current passes through the induction coil, an alternating magnetic field is generated around the coil.

The conductive material in the furnace generates an induced potential under the action of the alternating magnetic field, and a current (eddy current) is formed at a certain depth on the surface of the charge. 

The metal charge to be heated is placed in an alternating magnetic field, and due to electromagnetic induction, an electric current is generated in the metal charge, and the charge is heated and melted by eddy current. Due to the resistance of the metal charge, the metal charge will be heated when the current passes through it. 

The induction furnace mainly uses this heat to heat and melt the metal charge, so as to achieve the purpose of heating all metal raw materials. Therefore, it seems that the induction melting furnace is the most efficient, faster, and low-consumption green induction heating equipment for heating metal materials.


Heating method: Under the action of the induction magnetic field, the metal charge generates eddy current, and realizes heating, melting and refining by resistance heat (no direct heating), the temperature is easy to control, the element volatilization and oxidation loss are small, and the alloy recovery rate is high

1. Heat treatment process: partial or overall heat treatment, quenching, tempering, and diathermy of various metals;

5. Other applications of high-frequency heating machine: semiconductor single crystal growth, thermal cooperation, bottle stopper heat sealing, toothpaste skin heat sealing, powder coating, metal embedding in plastic, etc.
