What is the principle of the melting furnace?

Induction furnace smelting is the use of induction electrothermal effect to complete the smelting of metals.

The high frequency and high current of the induction furnace flows to the heating electromagnetic coil (usually made of copper tube) which is wound into a ring or other shape. In this way, a strong magnetic beam with positive and negative poles changing instantly is formed in the electromagnetic coil. When heated objects such as metals are placed in the electromagnetic coil, the magnetic beam will penetrate all the heated objects. The direction of the flow relative to each other will cause a relatively large eddy current. Because there are resistors in the object to be heated, a large number of eddy electric fields will be formed, and the temperature of the object itself will rise rapidly, so as to achieve the purpose of heating the entire metal material. In my opinion, the induction melting furnace is an environmentally friendly induction heating equipment with high efficiency, high speed and low consumption for heating metal materials.

What is the main purpose of induction melting furnace?
