70 tons Electric Arc Furnace is about to be completed

The70 tons high-impedance ultra-high-power electric furnace is about to be completed and delivered to Iranian customers.

The 70 tons electric arc furnace realizes enhanced smelting by adopting the hot metal mixing process, RCB spray gun injection oxygen technology and carbon powder injection technology.

Production practice shows that the smelting power consumption of the electric furnace is 310.86 KWh/ton steel, and the smelting cycle is 56 minutes. (different furnaces, different parameters)

Measures such as oxygen lances in the EBT tapping area were added to reduce the power consumption of electric furnace smelting to below 115Kwh/t.

This furnace type better matches the material source structure and furnace service life, and achieves the best effect.

Enhance the ability of oxygen lance oxygen jet to penetrate the molten pool, improve the heat exchange efficiency of power transmission smelting in the later stage of melting,

It plays an important role in reducing the power consumption of smelting.
