The dust collector of the smelting furnace plays a vital role in the incineration of garbage. According to the traditional concept, incineration and smelting will inevitably produce a large amount of tail gas, which is bound to cause environmental pollution. Therefore, the waste incineration treatment must strictly control the exhaust gas emission. When smelting metal, the temperature of the gas combustion layer on the upper part of the furnace body is 999 degrees Celsius. This temperature is generally maintained between 850 degrees Celsius and 1050 degrees Celsius, which allows harmful gases including dioxins to be fully decomposed. The temperature of the flue gas produced after combustion is very high. In order to prevent the re-generation of dioxin during the cooling process, the flue gas must be processed through a cooling and purification system. The bag filter is one of the main equipment that can effectively control the smoke and dust pollution, and it has a high dust removal efficiency. The dust mass concentration of the flue gas filtered by the bag filter is generally lower than 50MG/M3, and the fine dust in the flue gas can be effectively removed at the same time.

Filtration Principle: When the dust-laden airflow enters the dust hopper from the lower part of the box, due to the sudden expansion of the cross-sectional area of ​​the airflow, the flow rate decreases. A part of the large particles, dense dust, and agglomerated dust particles in the airflow are affected by centrifugal force and gravity. The ash hopper is rotated along the wall of the cylinder under the action; the tiny dust particles with fine particle size and low density are suspended in the gas through the airflow distribution device, and evenly enter the filter chamber and dispersed in the gap of the filter bag, passing through the inertial collision on the surface of the filter bag, filtering, etc. It is deposited on the surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas is discharged by the main fan.

Principle of Dust Removal: As the dust continues to adhere to the outer surface of the filter bag, the dust layer continues to thicken, and the resistance value of the dust collector also increases; when the resistance value reaches a certain value, the pulse dust control instrument sends a command to control the pulse valve Turn on, the compressed air in the high-pressure air bag flows to the small hole on the blowing pipe through the pulse valve, and ejects a high-speed and high-pressure jet airflow to the venturi, forming an induction that is several times the volume of the jet airflow Airflow, the dust outside the bag falls off the outside of the cloth bag under the action of mechanical force, and falls into the ash hopper to achieve the purpose of dust removal; when the resistance of the filter bag drops to the lower limit, the dust removal mechanism stops working to maintain the continuous operation of the dust collector.

The flue gas cooling treatment system of the dust removal equipment is mainly composed of a waste heat boiler, a slaked lime adding device, an activated carbon powder injection device and a bag filter. The flue gas produced after combustion is 800 degrees Celsius after passing through the waste heat boiler, and then drops sharply to about 200 degrees Celsius to prevent the formation of dioxin. The quantitative addition of slaked lime can neutralize the acidic components in the flue gas, avoid its corrosion to the equipment, and make the content of acidic gas meet the emission standard. Activated carbon adsorption is currently recognized as the most effective method to remove dioxin. The bag filter can trap the activated carbon powder with dioxin-like substances and the residual smoke on the surface of the filter bag. The use of this series of measures can effectively remove harmful substances in the flue gas and ensure compliance with emission standards. In order to prevent the regeneration of dioxin during the cooling process, the flue gas is processed by a cooling and purification system mainly composed of a waste heat boiler, slaked lime adding device, activated carbon powder injection device, bag filter, and wet acid removal device, etc., Effectively remove harmful substances in the flue gas, and ensure that the exhaust gas meets the emission standards.
